What is it with you British and boring snacks?
Where I come from in South America, nibbles
have some big kahunas!
My amigos call me the Deli Llama and I'm on a misión to rid the world of boring snacks. So when my bueno amigo Ali Paca sent me an SOS about UK snacks, I almost choked on my own spit! I was so flabbergasted I cut short my holiday and got on the first plane out of Lima to sort this disaster out.
I thought it couldn't be that bad, but sadly it's true. Your snack standards are the lowest I've come across. In fact, it's a desgracia...
But fear not. Things are about to get a whole lot tastier. It's time for my snacking revolución
To get things started, I pledge to travel up and down the country experiencing your dull snacks for real. I'll regularly update my blog: Crunch Time with all my latest news, from outing crisp offenders to snapping peanut eaters – no one will be safe.
Just a word of warning, though, I plan to:
spit on crips like ready salted, retch (sometimes puke) at pork scratchings, swear in your face if you eat dry roasted nuts, knock boring crips and nuts from you hands.
Join my misión as I campaign for seriously tasty snacks – it happens now.
